Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. 1Fill in the form below with the email address of your TikTokFlow account, and choose whether to delete the whole account or only the stored data.
2. 2Check your inbox. We send a link to confirm the request came from you. Nothing is deleted until you follow it. (If you filled the form in while signed in, this step is skipped.)
3. 3We complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.

You can also write to info@nexoraai.ch from the address on your account instead of using this form.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Deleted

• Your account: email address, name and sign-in credentials
• Your campaigns, message templates and lead lists
• Your TikTok and Instagram campaign history and statistics
• Your connected social account records and posting limits
• Support reports and diagnostics you sent us

Already temporary

• Social network session cookies handed over from your phone are held in memory only, never written to disk, and expire within 30 days or when our relay restarts — whichever comes first

Kept, because the law requires it

• Invoices, payment records and affiliate payout records, retained for 10 years under Swiss accounting law. These are financial records and we cannot delete them on request.

Copies may survive in encrypted backups for up to 30 further days before those backups are rotated out. Your subscription is cancelled as part of a full account deletion.
